Our Terms and Agreements

LashUp BrowDown requires a non refundable deposit (deposits valid for up to 30 days) to book and confirm your appointment. This ensures you are serious about your appointment, and the deposit will be applied toward your service.

A minimum 48 business hour notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments. Not showing for your scheduled appointment or not providing at least a 24 business hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service charge.

A credit card will be required by all guests to secure appointments. By agreeing to our booking/cancellation policy, you authorize LashUp BrowDown to charge your credit card on file per cancellation policy. Any gift certificates being used for this service, will be applied to your credit card on file before being applied to your gift certificate. Any service prepaid will be voided.

Please be considerate of other clients scheduled appointments, and arrive on time or your appointment may be shortened, incurring the full service charge.

As a courtesy to our clients, we offer appointment reminders through text and email. We will collect your contact information at the time of booking your appointment, and on your client intake form with your permission.

LashUp BrowDown will send you a confirmation reminder of your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment. It is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments.  If you “no show” your appointment, you will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of service, and future appointments may need to be prepaid at the discretion of LashUp BrowDown.

By making appointments with LashUp BrowDown you are agreeing to these terms.

While we love children, we respectfully request no children. This is to ensure that your lash artist can then concentrate 100% on you and your service, and that every guest within our studio is not interrupted. If you arrive with your children without prior discussion with management, your service may be refused with full cost owing.  We thank you for your understanding.


All appointments are held on an appointment only basis. We charge a specific service fee for the allotted time and service. How full your lashes will look at the end of your fill appointment, will be affected by how many lashes you have when you arrive for your appointment. Please keep this in mind when determining how long to wait to schedule your fills, as we recommend all our lash clients to return every 2-3 weeks (sometimes sooner depending on how fast your natural lashes grow and how well you maintain them in between fills).

If your lashes have shed more than normal, additional time may be needed at an additional cost.  Please contact LashUp BrowDown prior to your appointment, if this is the case, to allow adjustment of time.

If you are a new client who currently has eyelash extensions applied by another facility, we will require a consultation before scheduling a lash fill. Cost and time will be determined when you arrive. Due to liability reasons, we normally do not fill lash extensions applied by another facility unless they meet LashUp BrowDown standard of quality. Please pre-book all your future appointments before leaving your appointment, to avoid the unfortunate event of not being able to get in for your fill appointments.

Being on time and having clean lashes ensures you get the maximum time for lash application, every minute counts. Unfortunately, additional time cannot be given to clients who arrive late to their appointment or arrive with dirty lashes (i.e: liquid eyeliner or mascara).  Arriving on time for your lash appointments/service is important to ensure your time is not cut down, as we need to stay on time.  Please do not drink coffee, tea or caffeine-based products before arriving for your lash appointment. This will cause your eyes to flutter, cause you to fidget, and need to use the restroom repeatedly. You will not be able to get up to use the restroom once your eyes are closed and application has begun.

Arriving to your appointment:

New clients please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows for you to start to unwind, relax, and complete new client forms. Arriving late to appointments requires your lash artist to shorten your appointment time, so clients following you are not held up. Full fees will still be applicable, therefore, it is in your best interest and comfort to be on time.  Unfortunately, additional time can not be given to clients who arrive late to their appointment.

Mobile Phones:

LashUp BrowDown requests that all mobile phones are switched off or to silent while you visit. We want your time to be relaxing, away from your busy day, and to not interfere with your artist or other clients. We appreciate your understanding.


Any reactions to eyelash extensions is not foreseeable by LashUp BrowDown skilled & trained artist (or even by you).  All care is taken to ensure your safety.  We will go over your intake form with you, and any contraindications, such as allergies.  No refunds will be issued for reactions or irritation.  However, we will offer a complimentary lash removal should this unfortunate event occur.  We kindly ask that you contact us immediately if you become aware of any type of irritation so we may assist you as quickly as possible.


Additional policy and guidelines in place by TDLR, Texas, and Denton County. All guidelines must be followed, and we reserve the right to refuse service if you do not comply.

If you have a cough, shortness of breath, chills, sore throat, diarrhea, or fever, please reschedule your appointment online. Our cancellation/reschedule policy still applies. It is encouraged if your immune system is compromised, that you make the safest decision for yourself when booking an appointment.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time, and wait in your vehicle or outside within 6 feet of social distancing between each individual, until your artist has alerted you to enter. If waiting in your vehicle, please park in front if front parking is available.

One client to one artist at a time. No children or additional guest allowed.

Checkout will be contactless with credit card.

All surfaces, will be sanitized between each client such as: tables, checkout equipment, door knobs, etc.

Your artist will take the appropriate time to disinfect between each client. Please keep in mind your appointment may take longer than normal. Because of the additional implementations, we will take fewer clients per day to ensure everyone’s safety.

The entire studio and staff will continue to practice proper hygiene, sanitation, and disinfection.
